I believe screen media is best served by a philosophy of flexibility; being able to switch rapidly between intent and behaviour depending on the demands of the project. Additionally, I have always held equity on set as a core creative practice - everyone, from a first-time PA to the director to the actors - holds an equally invaluable level of responsibility for the success of the final product.
